The security guard from Wales was a standout for exceptional service, although some staff members had communication challenges. The location was convenient, close to the center and nice restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel is just next to the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. However, there's room for improvement in the dining options. The pool area is a delightful spot to relax. Overall, the price is fair, but it's worth noting Wi-Fi is not included in the room rate.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a stone's throw from the West End and close to the main bus station, making it easy to explore the island. Being near the beach, nice restaurants, and a 24-hour shop was so convenient. The rooms were pleasant, but a few language barriers with some staff members kept things from being perfect.
